This 25-story building is in Manhattan between 10th and 11th Avenues, extending from 55th Street to 56th Street. The 270-foot high, 420,000 square foot project includes a cellar level-parking garage to accommodate 75 cars, two retail floors and a residential tower housing 371 apartments units. Various setbacks add to the visual appeal of the structure and result in three transfer floors: at the Eighth Floor the slab is used to transfer the loads, while at the Thirteenth and Fifteenth Floors concrete beams are introduced to provide the required structural capacity.
