SEAD Consulting Engineers is pleased to introduce its first Flagship Residential project in the center of Dhaka, including an innovative architectural design and an effective structural solution. The structure is a combination of RCC and steel. The Architects selected steel as a major component of the building because they wanted to combine modern technology and trends with aesthetics. To create both a structural and an aesthetic aspect, the structural engineers with global experience combined the steel framework with RCC. Using cutting-edge software that is popular in the US and other nations, the building is built to be energy efficient. Utilizing such eco-friendly materials and lowering its carbon footprint, the building will be unique.
